Vision Statement

To create presence among our public and the global community and to keep the promise of the University of Cape Coast as the University of Choice in Ghana and beyond.

Mission Statement

To effectively facilitate internal and external communication, build and cultivate relationships with alumni and friends, and assist to secure public and private resources to promote the mission of University of Cape Coast.

Objectives

  • To coordinate all advancement activities at the University and provide the Vice Chancellor with feedbacks and fertile opportunities for action.
  • To maintain a database of Alumni, constituents and friends.
  • To develop an advancement strategy that touches on key components such as Fundraising, Strategic partnerships and Grant application.
  • To project fundraising as a key source of resource mobilization for the University.
  • To serve as a resource in providing information to the campus community about fundraising initiatives.
  • To develop programmes and initiatives that will strengthen alumni connections whilst encouraging lifelong support of their alma mater.
